Did you know that ERISA section 407 contains rules about prohibited investments for employee benefits plans? It's true! That section says that employee benefit plans can only hold employer securities and real property as an investment if the fair market value of the securities/real property held in the plan is 10% or less of the fair market value of the total assets of the plan!
