Wow...people actually read this blog.
It's true, World! Really sad people read my really sad blog. Today I noticed that I actually had a comment posted on my blog that was by someone other than me and boy were they mad. The first two (and at this point only two) comments of this post perfectly reflect the feelings of WVU and Michigan fans. Here I post a humorous, completely biased, and extremely rough sketch of the situation regarding the Rodriguez suit and a WVU fan actually reads it (a fact that is incredible on its own given the average IQ of a WV fan), understands the law enough to make reasonable counterpoints (again, incredible), and spends time posting a comment that includes citations, bullet points, and the names of the judges involved in the case. Luckily for me, my boy Ostradamus, had my back and posted a retort. This is a day that will go down in history. The first debate to be fought in the comment section to my blog. I would spend the time to reply to the original comment but I have decided not against it. This is not because I have an indefensible position. (I do not. Rodriguez from all reports has sound legal footing. He has filed a reply but I have not had the chance to read it yet.) It is instead because I want to keep the comments and the blog seperate. If I reply to every person that posts something on this amazing website I would have to quit school, my job, never speak to my wife, eat at my desk everyday, and never watch American Gladiators again. No, I have decided to maintain a certain professionalism and not get into pissing matches with commentors. (This is pretty ironic because this whole post is in response to a comment...oh well, my blog, my rules.) I am just amazed someone was able to find this blog who actually cared about something I wrote about. Okay, it is Friday night I need to stop being a nerd and go do something. I think I'll go watch October Sky.
